Run Away Billy Ray A.K.A Billy Nilly was found running the streets of spanaway....As usual, everyone calls Sabrina to give a border collie a home. He is a wonderful dog, who was very underweight, intact, covered in fleas and had very little hair due to the flea allergy he had. Now he's clean, gained weight and most importantly NEUTERED!!!!! We are hoping to find him a permanent home, but he will stay with us until the perfect place is found!!
